This website and associated mobile platform (collectively, the "Platform") is operated by api288 ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company"). api288 provides online casino games, live dealer table games, sports betting, and related gaming services to registered users in markets where such activities are permitted under applicable international gaming regulations.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and the Company with respect to your use of the Platform and all related services. These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Continued access to or use of api288 constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be updated from time to time.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" — The api288 website at api288.lat and any associated mobile application, subdomains, or service interfaces operated by the Company.
• "Account" — A registered user account created on the Platform enabling access to gaming services, deposits, withdrawals, and promotions.
• "Player" / "User" — Any natural person who has registered an Account or accessed the Platform.
• "Gaming Services" — All casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, lottery draws, and other wagering products available on the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — Any stake of real money funds on a game, match, or event outcome through the Platform.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or incentive offered by api288 to Players subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum number of times a Bonus or combined Bonus plus deposit amount must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated funds may be requested.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by applicable regulatory and AML obligations.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency supported for deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.
• "AML" — Anti-Money Laundering — regulatory compliance obligations governing financial transactions on the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on api288, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You are natural person of at least 21 years of age. api288 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21, consistent with international standards for regulated gaming operators.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registration.
3. You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any person employed by api288 or its affiliates, partners, or licensed game studio suppliers.
4. You have not previously been excluded from api288 or had an Account suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.
5. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any other person.
6. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

api288 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and witholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes. api288 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. api288 strongly recommends enabling any available two-factor authentication (2FA) security feature on your Account.

All transactions and wagers made through your Account — including those made without your authorisation as a result of your failure to secure your credentials — are your sole responsibility unless you have promptly notified api288 of suspected unauthorised access. Notification should be made via the24/7 live chat support channel.

api288 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence verification at any stage of the Account lifecycle. This includes but is not limited to requesting proof of identity (MyKad or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within 90 days), and proof of payment method (e-wallet screenshot or bank statement confirming account ownership).

api288 supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified payment channels: Touch'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, DuitNow Real-Time Transfer, FPX, and direct bank transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits including USDT and BTC, as well as Visa and Mastercard payments, are also supported. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per payment method and Account tier.

Deposit Policy: All deposits are processed in real time subject to payment provider availability. api288 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges. Deposited funds must only come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals may only be requested to a payment method in the same name as the registered Account holder. api288 targets withdrawal processing times of under 5 minutes for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost) and 5–15 minutes for DuitNow/FPX bank transfers for fully KYC-verified Accounts. Bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes. These are indicative ranges; processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional security checks are required.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the first withdrawal request.
• All active bonus wagering requirements attached to your Account must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Your requested withdrawal amount must not exceed applicable daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits for your Account tier.
• Your Account must be in good standing with no pending security reviews, fraud investigations, or AML holds.

api288 offers a range of promotional incentives to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, birthday bonuses, referal rewards, VIP tier benefits, and migration bonuses. All promotions are subject to their specific terms and conditions as communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

General Bonus Terms: Bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered the applicable number of times (Wagering Requirement) before any associated winings may be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement applicable to a specific bonus will be set out in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard Wagering Requirement for casino bonuses on api288 is 10x the bonus amount. Sports betting bonuses may carry different rollover requirements.

Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. api288 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice, including cases where the Company has reason to believe the promotion has been misused, abused, or obtained fraudulently.

• Each promotional offer is available once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus winings derived from free spins or bonus credits may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Deposits made via certain payment methods may be excluded from bonus eligibility as indicated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds are forfeited upon Account closure, self-exclusion activation, or where an Account is terminated for breach of these Terms.

All games available on the api288 Platform are operated in accordance with the rules established by the respective game studios and governed by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for digital games, and licensed live studio operations for live dealer games. Game outcomes are entirely independent of previous results and cannot be influenced by the Player, api288, or any third party.

By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand the rules of the game, the applicable odds or RTP rates, and that you are wagering funds that you can afford to lose. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual gaming sessions.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, api288 will attempt to resolve the issue in the fairest manner practicable. Where a game round cannot be determined, affected wagers may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account balance. api288's decision on technical disputes is final.

Sports Betting: For sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, Champions League, UFC, and other events offered on the Platform, odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. In-play bets are settled according to the official result of the applicable governing body. api288 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where there is evidence of match-fixing, integrity violations, or incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on or in connection with the api288 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the house.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play in poker, live dealer, or any other multi-player game.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity. All deposits must comply with applicable AML laws.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name, or otherwise circumventing the Platform's KYC and identity verification requirements.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or lopholes in any game or Platform feature for financial gain.
• Creating multiple Accounts or accessing the Platform while self-excluded.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or if online gambling is unlawful in your jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward api288 staff or other players.

Violation of any of the above prohibited activities may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referal to relevant authorities where applicable.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of api288.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, api288, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or Gaming Services.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. api288 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content or service accessible through it. api288 does not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, api288's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall api288's aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

api288 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account and/or access to the Platform at any time and without prior notice where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• You have provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• api288 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest conduct on your Account.
• Regulatory or AML obligations require api288 to restrict or close your Account.
• You have requested self-exclusion or a permanent account closure.

Upon termination, api288 will return any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of all outstanding verification requirements. api288 shall not be liable for any losses you claim to have suffered as a result of a suspension or termination carried out in good faith under these Terms.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting api288 customer support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Pending withdrawals will be settled in accordance with the standard withdrawal processing timelines.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which api288 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or regulatory dispute resolution procedures of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Before commencing any formal dispute resolution, Players are encouraged to contact api288 customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. api288 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any complaint within 10 business days of receipt.

Nothing in this clause shall limit or restrict a Player's rights under applicable consumer protection laws or prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

api288 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, api288 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
